I called the shop in regards to my order when I realized it did not come with a vase. They were able to do an add-on before the delivery so the recipient didn't need to find a vase big enough for the arrangement. I really appreciated the update from the shop regarding estimated time of arrival to the recipient! I get sooo excited when I send flowers and the anticipation kills me not knowing when they will arrive. I also really appreciated a photo of the flowers before they were delivered so I could see exactly what the recipient would be getting. Overall, the customer service and communication was great- probably the best experience I've had with any of the flower shops I've worked ordered from to date! My most sincere gratitude to the team at Maggie's Flower Shop!!!
